About Xilo
Xilo runs two regulated businesses under one name. This page exists so that anyone reviewing us, a patient, a procurement officer, or a payment provider, can see exactly what each one does and where the wall between them sits.

What we do
Xilo Telehealth connects adults to independent, licensed healthcare providers for hormone care. Care begins with a baseline blood panel, a provider reviews it, and treatment follows only where that provider judges it clinically appropriate. Xilo does not practice medicine and does not decide who gets a prescription.
Xilo Research Supply sells laboratory reference materials to verified research institutions for in-vitro work. It does not sell to consumers, does not publish dosing or protocol guidance, and its materials are never dispensed to a patient.
Why the two are kept apart
A consumer health brand and a research-chemical supplier sharing a funnel is the arrangement regulators have moved against, and rightly. The two lines here share a name, a design system, and a standard of documentation. They share no product, no fulfilment, no clinical relationship, and no cross-promotion. Neither page routes into the other as an alternative, and both say so on the page rather than in a policy nobody reads.
What we hold ourselves to
Measure before treating
No prescription is written from a symptom questionnaire. Bloodwork comes first, follow-up testing confirms what happened, and a provider declining is a normal outcome rather than a failure of the funnel.
Publish the disqualifiers
The telehealth pages state what would rule a person out at the same weight as what is on offer. The research pages state who we will not sell to and what guidance we will never provide.
Specifications, not adjectives
Research materials are described by method and acceptance criterion, with measured results on the per-lot certificate. We do not publish a single site-wide purity figure in place of a batch document.
No invented proof
No fabricated testimonials, no invented review counts or star ratings, no named clinicians who do not exist, and no efficacy statistic without a real citation. Where we cannot yet substantiate a claim, the claim does not appear.
What we do not do
We do not offer injectable testosterone replacement through this platform. We do not bill insurance. We do not sell research materials to individuals, at any volume, under any framing. We do not provide reconstitution or administration guidance for research materials, because in this category those instructions function as administration advice rather than laboratory information.
